Delivery was good overall, honestly. The package showed up around the time they said it would, not crazy fast or anything, but it wasn’t late either.
The tracking was alright too. I checked it a couple times and it gave me enough info, though I do think the updates could’ve been a little clearer.
I didn’t have to contact support or chase anyone, so that was nice. Giving it 4 stars because everything arrived fine and on time, just a small room for improvement with the tracking updates.

"Didn’t really work for me"
This just didn’t end up doing what I needed. It sounded like it was going to be helpful, but the results were weak and I didn’t feel like anything really changed after using it. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, which got annoying fast. I eventually had to look elsewhere. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like a waste of time

"Not sure I can trust it"
I thought this would be straightforward, but the privacy stuff feels way too unclear. I didn’t expect to have to stress over figuring out what’s being shared or how my info is handled. It just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

As someone who likes to get things sorted quickly and clearly, the support experience was just okay for me. I heard back after about a day, and they did answer my main question, but the response felt a bit rushed.
I ended up having to follow up because they missed one detail I needed. They were polite, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it wasn’t especially smooth or helpful either. Overall, it felt like a 3-star support experience
